Leaving Gotthard behind us our way did guide us through Ticino - Irene's favorite place to ride... We decided to spend the rest of the afternoon in Ticino and as we both never have visited Lago Maggiore we quickly found Locarno would be the perfect target. Compared with Swiss prices Irene got a very cheap room and a safe place for the bike.
